We got 5 different confirmation times for one appointment. We were there for a check up and cleaning and didn't receive a cleaning. We were told we needed future appointments for work needed and would be notified in 24- 48 hrs. That was 12 days ago. We haven't heard anything.

They are not that professional. The staff kept questioning, if Im a patient there. I was just there, two weeks ago & didnt feel uncomfortable(folks kept asking why are you at our location...), well maybe your other chula vista location said, they did not except my insurance, anymore, is why I am here... Anyways, I will go somewhere, then.

This place deserves zero stars. The staff is actually nice but thats where the good comments end. My daughter went here for her first experience on her own with her own insurance. When she showed me the invoice for the work they wanted to do I was shocked. They had worked up thousands of dollars and I knew there was an issue. I took her for a second opinion and the new dentist was also in shock and couldn't believe what they were trying to do. DO NOT COME HERE. Unless you want to be overcharged for janky dental work. Extremely dissatisfied with my services and unprofessional staff. Tried to scam me and charge me of services that they could not tell me they did(extra charges on receipt). When I tried to get my money back they simply would ignore my calls or answer and be rude and not hear me out. You're better off at literally any other dentist. Trust me on this.

After reading all the 1 stars, anything I say is just beating a dead horse. Continuous up-selling, I was quoted over $1,000 to extract a tooth. I walked out. In researching dentists in my Delta dental Plan, they all have too many 1 star up-selling reviews. Going back to my first dentist, although now I have a much longer drive.

Jackie the receptionist is phenomenal! The dentists are extremely harsh when working on my teeth. My gums have gotten infected multiple times because some little old lady ripped at them with her metal pliers for no reason whatsoever, then said it's because I didn't floss. I do floss. As soon as I get my retainers done, I'm leaving. Don't go there.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at this dental office. I was overcharged $625 for a visit that should have cost no more than $40 according to my DeltaCare HMO insurance. I was also billed $175 for an unspecified procedure (D2999) without any explanation or consent. I only found out much later that this was for the removal of a filling -- something that should already be included in the cost of a new one under my plan. SCAMMMMM I had a cracked filling & wanted my teeth cleaned. Hygienist tried to push lasering my gums and i didnt want it done. She told me that if i dont do it, my insurance may not pay for anything (including xray which was completed already). This is a scam bc laser is optional. No insurance will cover it. Most all insurances cover preventive/standard care including xrays. She THEN told me that my insurance would only cover cleaning my bottom teeth and NOT my top teeth.
