They did my first crown after coming to them for a second assessment for my cavities. They were completely honest with me on what teeth need work immediately and which ones don’t need work at all. This was the most pleasant and comfortable experience I’ve ever had at a dentist!

I don't use Gentle Dental for general dentistry, so I can't comment on that. I went in for a tooth extraction only. Dr. Buddula and his team could not have provided more caring, skillful, or patient management of my very challenging tooth extraction. Highly recommend!
Only giving 2 starts because I love their new orthodontist. As far as the dentistry does? It’s a big cash cow chain store. All they care about is money. There are nice people who work here, but then they also have rude employees who say things like “well you don’t even have to get your teeth cleaned at all” when I told her I wanted to book a month further then she was trying to book me for. Thats when I hung up and sought dentistry elsewhere. Completely baffled by your customer service on the phone, it’s horrible.
I recently visited Dr. Buddula, at the Marysville office. I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. Dr. Buddula is both friendly and incredibly knowledgeable, making me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. His expertise in the latest procedures is evident, and he took the time to explain everything thoroughly. His staff at the office are equally wonderful.
