I initially paid my balance the day of the visit. A couple weeks after my visit, I received a bill in the mail. I called the dental practice and never received a call back during business hours. I had to call multiple times to get a hold of someone the first time I called. Once someone answered they tried to fix the issue by informing their billing department. Not sure what kind of scam this company is running but I keep getting sent bills with random charges on random dates and when I call no one seems to be able to explain what’s going on, I get every excuse in the book, and assured someone will call me back. No one does…… The office will now not answer the phone, return my voicemails or emails for over a month. I just received a “old balance” in the mail and It’s over 90 days. I paid for everything up front when they gave me the receipt before I even left the place after mine and my husband’s appointments. I called this place repeatedly to make sure I didn't have a balance when the insurance reimbursement came in. I got sent to voicemail 10+ times during business hours. I left messages with no reply. The local branch office of Gentle Dental (Marysville, WA ) is fortunate to include some of the best health care professionals in the business. I was given some of the finest service in inserting the crown of my dental Implant and in the professional cleaning of my teeth and irrigation of my gum tissue imaginable. I have no complaints and would gladly recommend the providers at this branch of this service to anyone interested in quality dental care.
All things considered, a GREAT place! Front office staff is a little overwhelmed at times but, that's the only thing. They probably just need more help. But they are super diligent, professional and kind. Great customer service here! The dental assistants and the dentist are very professional and have a kind demeanor. This is for sure my chosen place of business for all things dental.
