I truly appreciate Gentle Dental. They are what their name says very gentle and caring. I used to dread having to go to the dentist, now it is so easy and non-painful. I would highly highly recommend Gentle Dental to any and all .
I don’t usually make posts like this but I am extremely frustrated. I have brought my child here a total of 7 times. She was only actually seen two of these 7 times. Despite having an appointment card with the appt written on it I was told the appt was actually for a different day. This has happened 3 times. One time I showed up and was told the dentist had left for the day and they insisted they called me to reschedule but did not. Beyond pissed. I went in on the 14th for a throbing tooth. Dr. Kaurha saw me. Very nice woman. Put me on antibiotics for 7 days and scheduled me for a 7am root canal on Jan 22nd. I came into the office before 7am and NO ONE could see my appt time. Apparently my appt didn't SAVE???? Mind you, mouth still hurts, tooth still very sensitive to cold and pressure and they want to SQUEEZE me in NEXT week????? Are you kidding me? If I could rate zero stars I would in a heart beat. They did my first crown after coming to them for a second assessment for my cavities. They were completely honest with me on what teeth need work immediately and which ones don’t need work at all. This was the most pleasant and comfortable experience I’ve ever had at a dentist!
