If I could give 0 starts I would. Avoid this place at all cost. These chain offices are the absolute worst. You never get a live person to help or make appointments and the only thing they care about is money. I had Invisalign done with them and it was the worst experience at a dental office I have ever had. They lost my trays, the orthodontist was never at my location and would make me schedule out weeks or even months later. My family has been patients here for years, and while the providers are good, the front office staff is unprofessional and their customer server is terrible. Among a list of other experiences today's is the straw that broke the camel's back. My son had an appointment at 9am, we arrived at 8:50am, checked in and sat down. ZERO STARS!!! This is the worst dental office I have ever been too. This dental visit was completely pointless and they clearly only want your money. I had an appointment about 2 months ago and was told I had 3 cavities. They gave me a rough draft of what I would be paying at my next 2 visits and I showed it to one of my friends in the dental industry and called my insurance and part of it was supposed to be completely covered. They might say they are gentle but no they are not. I am sorry I started going there . They don't clean my teeth the way other professionals do, then shame you for not cleaning your teeth. They might be cheaper but..... you get what you pay for. Plus, if you are European decent, fair skinned, you are not treated well, because you are a minority in this office in Marysville. I will be finding a new dentist that cares about all people.
I didn't even make it through the process of booking my first appointment over the phone. The person taking my call was incredibly rude. I recently had a surgery that has very slightly effected my speech, and as a result of this I take great care to speak slowly and enunciate. She became increasingly irritated with me while taking my information, telling me that I was "speaking while covering the phone with my mouth". We went here for 2 years and it was 2 years too long , we have had 2 appointments due to the fact that they literally cancel every appointment we make and they cancel it maybe an hour before the appointment.... last time they cancelled my husbands appointment they told him it was "inconvenient for the dentist" and needed to reschedule.... if I could give them 0 stars I would for the poor service and how uncaring they are for patients....
Constantly behind appointment time. I think they squeeze as many patients in as they can in a day to try and make as much money as they can. They don't care that people take time off from work and school to come to appointments. For example my appointment time is 11am. I check in at 1045am. Everything about this place is awful. I had crowns replaced and now my teeth have shifted and my bite no longer comes together. My teeth ache, my jaw aches. The dentist, Dr Payne (ironic name) got dental glue between 2 teeth and nearly broke my jaw trying to get it out. One hygienist ripped so hard on the corner of my mouth with floss that I had a very painful cut for over a week. The amount they quote you as your share is far different that what that bill you for. Poor service. My appointment is never on time. Please take your business elsewhere I went I. For a cleaning today and the dentist wa Ed to examine my teeth. I have no pain nothing I want a cleaning. He tells me it's state law for examination cannot clean. I left. It's like I bring my car i for car wash and they can't wash it unless they open the hood and check my engine. Please. This is real life. If it's law for examination you guys paid off some politicians
