I had a new patient exam and cleaning scheduled during a rather busy time of day for them (though I asked and was told this was normal business). I waited 50 minutes for a 15 minute x-ray and consultation with the doctor, and then was told that they would have to reschedule my cleaning, as they were too busy. Fortunately, they had time to try to sell me Invisalign, some antibiotic mouthwash, and fluoride varnish. Everyone was perfectly pleasant, but I will not be returning. Just had my first visit and saw Dr. Huang for an exam, x-rays and a cleaning. Very nice office, the staff was great, Dr. Huang was very professional and the office was very very clean. All of my questions were answered regarding my insurance, very helpful. I have already scheduled my next appointment. I referred a friend to Dr. Huang, and he will now be a new patient.
Love this place. These guys have completely renewed my faith in dentists! The whole staff is awesome. Everyone has helpful tips to keep your teeth healthy. If you’re looking for a dentist, stop here - you’ve found it!
The staff was great! Surgeon who worked on me was VERY nice & professional I’m thinking of switching from Hayward to Palo Alto. I don’t even care about the distance & drive so worth it everyone was so nice & comfortable. The work was fast & I felt full comfort.
The staff is amazing, everyone is so kind and helpful . They are all so friendly it feels like they truly love their job and love helping people. The work is amazing and the doctor is very precise in doing a very good job without any pain. Would definitely recommend gentle dental to everyone
