I made an appointment for this location in perris, I was told that I could give my insurance information on the day of the appointment . By all means, I got a call a day before the appointment from the manager "Lilly" saying my appointment was canceled due to not giving my insurance information... she didn't want to listen to my side of my story that I was given an option to go in early for the verification in eligibility. Changing dentist, always trying to sell you something you don’t need. Very pushy about getting certain work done. And very rude, I was late 10 min due to power outages and streets being closed/crowded. They told me they would have to reschedule me for being 10min late. After talking to the dentist she agreed to see me but left me waiting for an hour, I then asked when I would be seen and they said “probably another 20min, if you would of been here on time you would of been seen already” After that I walked out. Dr. McGregor is someone I have trusted, she did for me something I always wanted and could never have, a straight smile. I always wanted braces and I was told I couldn’t because my gums were too weak. Dr. Suggested Veneers. I said let’s go for it. If you have a son or daughter with a disability or yourself, please do not use this dentist office because one the office is way too small for electric wheelchair and they don’t have the right space at this location and my appointment was at 3:00 PM. I got there at 2:15. They did not call me in Until almost 4, and they wanted to do work on my mouth without doing the yearly x-rays.
