Front office DOES NOT do their job on checking insurance. OR... they just try to scam you and add-on codes to bill you weeks after your appt is DONE! They are still charging me! NOW LATE CHARGES! After, I already paid full amount and my procedure was done months ago. When I called to resolve the issue. She told me my insurance didn't pay and told me to call my insurance! WHAT? SO I DID. I made an appointment for this location in perris, I was told that I could give my insurance information on the day of the appointment . By all means, I got a call a day before the appointment from the manager "Lilly" saying my appointment was canceled due to not giving my insurance information... she didn't want to listen to my side of my story that I was given an option to go in early for the verification in eligibility. Wonderful office, staff, very quick and thorough. Dr. Elisabeth McGregor went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled quickly! I have never had my teeth cleaned by the dentist! She and her assistant were amazing, fast, and so efficient! Thank you, I will definitely recommend this office to others, and I will also be back!
In the past I had bad experience with dentist. But this office, is wonderful. Starting from the front desk to the employers. It was a great experience, I will recommend it to anybody.
