I am a current patient at Gental Dental, of Perris. i currently went back for my monthly check-up i received the best treatment. There staff is excellent, friendly, and willing to work with who ever crosses through the door. I will recommend anyone, now with NEW doctor this is the best dentist. Dr. Mc Gregor has excellent chair side, she was very detailed with what treatment i needed. Definitely a 5 star review!!

I Can't say anything but amazing things about Dr Mcgregor which she is the new current dr for this office... When I came to Gentle Dental Perris for the first time they had a prior dr and I was not happy with her!! So when they called me for an appt my six'ed month check up I told them I wasn't going back, but they mentioned a NEW dr so I decided to give it a second try! Gentle Dental in Perris California , staff and dentist I chose was a huge mistake. All they care about is money and adding unnecessary dental care. Yet, not the total care you needed at the time. Dentist said let's pull all your upper teeth! What! Are you serious!!They're perfectly fine but one needing dental care. I suppose that would be more money for them! UPDATE - Went to other dentist and a cavity they filled was done incorrectly and they left decay in my tooth. LEFT DECAY IN MY TOOTH AND FILLED OVER IT

Unhelpful and lazy. They tried to move my appointment twice because they weren't doing anything. First time they didn't wanna go into their lunch time so I rescheduled and then they it happened again. Like they want me to miss work three times just cause they don't want to go into their lunch time? Mind you I was there early and on time. Lots of miscommunication and they don't keep you informed. 0/10 DONT recommend. Would give zero stars if I could

I don't recommend this office! I came in and needed a root canal and crown. After the endodontist did the root canal Dr McGregor ground down my tooth to prep for temporary crown. When I left I was in allot of pain as the numbing wore off it increased. The next day, I called and left message that I needed to come in and have it checked. NO RESPONSE.! The worst experience for my mother..she went in to get upper dentures only (almost 8k dollars) and nearly four months later she still doesn't have a set she's happy with. She still feels pain after the bone graft (done by Elizabeth McGregor) while wearing the dentures. The first set didn't fit well (front teeth were absurdly large), and after complaining they wanted to charge my mom for it in order to get new set. I went in to this office and was told I needed irrigation and varnish even though that's only done for children or adults with cavities. they are looking to charge for any little thing and make appointments without even checking in with me. they also do not explain the work that allegedly needs to get done. i did not like this service and will be seeking a different office immediately
