I love this office. Friendly and it never hurts here. I am not a fan of the Dentist office, but this place is great.
Had a great experience here. I feel like all of the staff was friendly and did what they could to assist, even though we were new patients that had to do paperwork with a change of insurance information that needed to be verified and forms. Despite the challenges the front staff was very helpful and asked me questions to complete the forms and expedite the process for all of my children. Great customer service and great care!! Finally found a great dentists office!! This one's it.
This review is for the oral specialist. I think his name was Dr. Kim. I had to have a tooth removed yesterday because it was infected. I am very anxious about any dental work and panic. He was very professional and easy to talk to. The procedure was over so quickly and painlessly. The front office assistant was kind and helpful about the additional paperwork and explaining the forms.
Have been coming here for a long time now and Gentle Dental has always taken good care of my girls! The office staff members are amazing and helpful!

New patient here , Nice customer service , staff members were friendly listen to detail and helpful- no rush - no pressure- The dentist was very pleasant to talk to; he explained and asked if I had questions- will be coming as a regular patient now - I really appreciate the fact that everyone I spoke to at this office was friendly and knowledgeable !
