I'm so grateful for Gentle Dental. The staff is respectful, patient and hospitable. Jocelyn and Myra at the front are reassuring and full of compassion They wont force procedures on you or pressure you to make decisions. Dr. Lu is very professional, empathetic, patient, walks me through every step of the procedure and he is constantly asking if I'm ok. He is the name of the facility,A Gentle Dentist!! Thank you to the entire team. You all do a wonderful job.
I got two temporary crowns and the first time the dental assistant made it so smooth and thin that I bit my cheek every time I ate since my teeth would slip. Then I made an appointment and they canceled it and again rescheduled it at times when I am not available. Then I went in to get my second temporary crown and the next day it came off after I ate pudding. They did very bad job, took my money, and now they keep on postponing my permanent crown. The worse dentist I’ve ever had! I can’t tell you how many appointments I’ve made and time I’ve taken out of my schedule just to go there and be told either they don’t see an appointment for me or the hygienist, orthodontist, or whoever was supposed to see me wasn’t there that day. Not to mention they always tried to sell me a $30 mouthwash every time I went there and berated me when I declined. I won’t be returning.
greedy place, go to a smaller dentist instead, i had a failed root canal and failed crown only after 4 years. you can tell everyone there is overworked because the company is greedy and keeps them overbooked. i mentioned i didn't know what to do and would get second opinions and they didnt even let me get another word out after that.
