Gentle Dental is the place to go! I called to make an appointment with orthodontist and I spoke with Lucy and she got me a right away appointment that same day. When I got their the staff was really friendly and nice and worked at a fast paste to see the doctor ASAP. I didn't have to have a long wait to see the doctor. I've been coming to this dentist for about 5 years and I've seen about 4-5 different dentists. So when the dental assistant told me that my old dentist was no longer there, whose name I didn't even know, and I'd be seeing Dr. Armond, I said, Whatever. I was used to it. But I'm glad I got switched over. I didn't need any work done other than a cleaning. I went to Gentle Dental as a patient and was very pleased at how positive my experience was. I was truly impressed with the professionalism and efficiency displayed from the front office to the back personnel. I needed major work done and Dr. Armound explained in detail what was entailed for the procedure. He performed the work, taking time to make sure everything went smoothly. His assistants are top notch in that they were making sure I was comfortable. I am definitely a satisfied patient of Gentle Dental.

I had high hopes after reading some of the reviews on google but I'm now seeing I should have come here first. I did not experience any rude treatment from the staff they were really nice but the communication with the office is horrible. I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Gentle Dental after being a paying customer for over 3 years-- and I need to share it so others can be aware before trusting Gentle Dental with their time I arrived 9 minutes late to my appointment, which is well within their 10-15 minute grace period. But instead of being checked in smoothly, Jocelyn at the front desk made me re-fill paperwork that could've been sent ahead of time to stop any delays, which added another 10-15 minutes of time. I booked an appointment with them over the phone and said they could take me the next day. I had to call off work for the appointment since it was a necessary visit. Next day I arrive to place and see no lights on and doors are locked. It was only 3, which is the time I confirmed the visit, when they claim they close at 5. No notice or phone call of them closing early, if that was their case. Staff are very nice and patient, I was just having too many problems regarding finances, like I had a consultation for braces and they gave me the estimate, but when I went to the actual appointment they tried charging me an additional $3000. Also tried billing me for extractions back in March (they told me it was covered under my insurance and I should've checked to make sure it was true but it wasn't) so I had to pay an additional $480. If I could leave 0 stars I would - I do not recommend this place whatsoever. My mom made an appointment for a routine cleaning - they even emailed to confirm, which she did. The day of the appointment came and when she showed up Mayra told her she never had an appointment despite my mom having a card to show proof. Mayra basically told her "oh well" and my mom made another appointment giving them the benefit of the doubt. I went here July 28th because I been having pain on my bottom left wisdom tooth. Come to find out I have 4 cavities and in need of a deep cleaning. My deep cleaning and wisdom tooth extraction need to get approved by my medical which they said takes (4-5 weeks). Do to my anxiety I decided to wait for my cavities and do my deep cleaning together.
