It's been a while (like 6 months) but I decided to share. My husband and I went in and we needed some crowns...they come back with a price and with insurance it was $800+ per tooth. I just went to a private practice and got my tooth fixed for $300. It's robbery really.. Glad I checked somewhere else.

Dentle Office is way Overpriced. . And on top of that they will up sell u to get other work done that u don't need. . And last but NOT least. .. they charged me for 2 procedures that they KNEW my insurance would not cover. . . And I had a huge bill to pay 1,400!!.. I recommend not going here!!!!@ .. look for another Dentist. ..!!!

Gentle Dental took great care of my mother and handled all of her procedures very well and she left very happy with the work they had done on her teeth. The problem itself lies within the financial portion of this company. At first we had opted to finance the work because the cost was rather high but later we found out that the insurance would reimburse us but we had to pay for the cost first. I had to endure one sales pitch after another. When I said no, they left me waiting for an hour and a half. I finally left, never even getting the cleaning I originally came for. Bad news! I'll never go there again. I'd recommend everyone else passing on this one too.

This office was one of the most dirtiest office ever. Bad staff.. They have no knowledge of the dental insurance and copay ..They so try to take away your money . I can write so much more but just want to let you guys go to this office you will srew u up .

My husband and I have gone several times but we are not going any more. Every time we go, the staff is so pushy about trying to sell us a bunch of crap we don't need. They are like used car sales men and have a hard time accepting "no." They have to meet their quota for selling products and services every month. The actual service was ok but always trying to push me to buy things was very annoying. I didn't like their sneaky gimmicks and sales tactics. I will be looking for another dentist.

Talk about upselling. They quoted me only for materials not covered by insurance. When I asked about they made me feel like I was inconveniencing them or that I was being cheap.

I first visited Gentle Dental in April of 2011. They told me all the procedures I needed to get done as well as the cost, etc. and unfortunately it was a little too pricey for me, even after insurance, so I just got my cleaning and was going to decide what to do later. They made me wait 30 minutes to get a cleaning. A FREAKIN' CLEANING. On this appointment, I had Dr. Armound and he was no fun.
