This Gentle Dental branch is the absolute best. Their team here is absolutely world class. Dr. Soliman is compassionate, caring, and gentle. Dr. Dani is wonderful, hilarious, and thorough. And Dr. Loh is pretty much the best orthodontist and best person ever. No one would take my baby because of our insurance. THIS IS THE ONLY DR THAT DID! We been having this ongoing battle with insurance and finding someone in network. When we finally did they said my son aged out. GENTLE DENTLE stepped in and HELP my son. If you’re looking for a trustworthy dentist, this is it! Also Ray is an amazing help, we APPRECIATE YOU. Excellent service! As a grown man I still get nervous going to the dentist. Everyone at the location made sure I was comfortable the staff is very friendly we were cracking jokes as they worked on my teeth. Highly recommend coming here
Overall I hate the dentist. But the staff made the experience as good as it could be. Had to get a tooth extracted and they made sure to walk me through the steps and make it as painless as possible.
Scam alert. If I could gove these clowns ZERO stars I would. Scheduled an appointment for a routine cleaning covered by insurance. I checked in on time for my appointment. After waiting 20 minutes I was receptionist informs me that they want to do a deep cleaning and charge me a $180 copay. Complete upsell tactic. Felt like I was at a used car lot.
