I was a new patient and schedule an appointment 5 weeks in advance. A week before my appointment they called to tell me they had to reschedule my appointment. I explained that I have to take a work day off for appointments and that I specifically chose this date to coincide with a day I already scheduled a day off of work. She said there wasn't anything she could do about it. I told her I could come in on the following Monday anytime. She said they were all booked that day. Let me start by saying this is my experience and others may not have the same. Pro I was seen the same day I called. But I went in for a problem and after seeing the dentist for about 30 seconds she told me I needed to have the tooth removed. Then she was gone and I didn't see her again (even after I asked). They were so interested in telling me the prices for all the dental work they said I needed. The person taking x-rays must have been brand new because i needed to have the x-rays done 3 times. Be prepared to have a nice bill. Not only will you miss multiple days of work they will drag out you appointments 3- 4 weeks out at a time. Took 3 months to have them finish a root canal. The dentist here advised to save tooth rather then a implant but complained on the end that there wasn't much tooth. And cost was cheaper for an implant with more of a life span. My visits cost me a total over 2k out of my own pocket after my insurance already paid 2k. And if that's not enough they are not gentle it was the most pain I hav... read more

Horrible! Worst dental experience! O if I had only known what they would put me through I would not have ever gone to them! They took my daughters straight teeth with what they said she had an over bite put braces on her for four years they told me it would only be 12 months. Every orthodonist quit so we ended up with four different doctors one undoing the others work. Now the braces are off with completely crooked teeth they are so bad now I have to go pay another orthodonist to fix what they did to my daughter. Four wasted... read more

Very bad service. Orthodontist don't last. Waiting time is long. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The dentists are good, office staff are courteous enough but their receptionists are always RUDE! They rarely hire nice, accommodating receptionists. The one who works in Rosedale today is one of the RUDEST. Please Dedicated Dental management hire better receptionists.

We have been patients with DD for years, but my experience last week made me lose trust in them. I made an appointment after traveling for two months with severe sensitivity in my left side molars. They left me waiting for over 30 minutes in the waiting room, which is rare for them. I had very bad decay under a crown and was told I had to have a root canal. I wish I could give 0 stars. This place is a joke. I was supposed to get my #14 tooth pulled. They asked on the phone before my appointment if i would like to be put under. I laughed and said no, the usual lidocaine or whatever shot you normally give will be just fine. They agreed. When i finally got to sit in the chair for the proceedure the "oral surgeon" if that's what you want to call him wanted to put me under, after clearly stating that I did not want to be put under and that I had no ride home.
