I made an appointment for a procedure. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment, I waited over an hour before they called me. Then I was placed in a room where I waited another two hours. Once I was finally seen, I was told there would be additional charges. When I initially made the appointment I was told my insurance covered everything. They are very unorganized and lack respect for patients daily schedules. There were several other patients complaining about the wait time as well.

Billed our insurance an insanely large amount and still wanted a lot out of pocket from us. This place is a scam.

Absolutely avoid this place at all cost . it is almost impossible to make an appointment. they never answer the phones and will never call you back no matter how many messages you leave.. overall just strange place ..

On Saturday, my tooth cracked and my gum was exposed within my tooth. Too bad gentle dental is closed on the weekends. So I spent two nights in pain without sleep. Monday morning (2 days later), my husband and I get up first thing in the morning and rush to gentle dental. They opened at 8, we waited an hour and then I got called in, I had to wait another hour on the seat, and they told me their x ray machine doesn't work. It was the worst experience of our lives. BEWARE... I paid this office $840 for two root canals and two crowns. At my office visit to complete the first root canal, I pre paid the entire amount. using Care Credit. After completing my second root canal, which was a few days after the first, I received a call from the office saying they were shutting down for two weeks due to covid. After a month had gone by they had still not opened the doors. AVOID this office at all costs. They're nice when you start and then "service" drops rapidly. I was supposed to replace a crown and the temporary was fitted on the 11th. The crown was supposed to be put in on the 28th. On the 23rd they called and rescheduled for the 31st. I arrived on the 31st to an empty office and no one ever arrived for my appointed time. I have been very happy with my dentist and hygienist so far..but today after meeting with the dr that does implants I'm extremely disappointed in his professionalism. I would not recommend this place. 2 times they quoted me a price and then increased it "after further review". The first time they already started the work and then came with a higher quoted price. 2nd time they told me a higher price and gave me a horrible reason of why it would be 200 more. The front desk people have no problems lying to get your business. I let them replace my crown. My temporary crown fell off before I made it to my car. I had to go right back in. I should have gone to western dental instead of this place. At least I'd know what to expect. The service is just as bad. I decided to get braces and received ZERO instruction for after care, ZERO explanation as to what to expect with diet. I got the spacers placed and again, ZERO information.
