Pauline is the only competent lady in the front office. My experience with everybody else there was ridiculous. They lost my insurance information and everything else 4 times. FOUR TIMES. Prolonging my scheduled wisdom teeth removal. I would give them two stars but the dentist is amazing. Dr. Saatjian (I AM TOTALLY BUTCHERING HIS NAME AND I AM SO SORRY but it's pronounced sat-ji-an) is hilarious, warm, and great at what he does. Told me a tooth was covered because they worked on it 6 months earlier and now it's cracked. while I'm sitting in the chair to get the work re-done they told me it was going to cost $650. Shysters.

took my wisdom teeth out, caused other issues, came back for cleaning, they're dental hygienist wasn't even there. keep me waiting for almost 30 minutes for 10 minute appointment. nice nurse, one lady is super rough when checking out the gums, made my mouth bleed on multiple occasions, didn't prescribe me with the right meds for infection, and didn't tell me what i had in the pharmacy.
Had me wait over an hour when the age of my son was a concern. THEY KNEW HIS AGE WHEN BOOKING THE APPOINTMENT!!! If you can see them before they are 16 then why waste my time!
I was excited to get ortho work done through my insurance and made an appointment at this location. The consular was great, I really liked the Dr. however it has now been over two months that I have been waiting for the quote, insurance or cash. I have called three times and have not got a call back once. I was expecting more.
Brought my 5 year old over here as a new patient.. waited an hour and 15 minutes. Finally went and asked how much longer they called us back looked in her mouth for 2 minutes and said she was done... ridiculous. I am a very patient person but that was dumb.
This was my visit with them and the last! The people at the counter are super rude and unprofessional, yelling to each other across the room about patients! I should have known this place is trash when I seen the trash can in the front of the place in a parking space lol.
Do not go here. I had braces put on, and due to being in constant pain, I chose to have them taken off early. I took out a loan to pay for the braces in full. I called the company that financed the loan, and they said they would reimburse me for the payments I had made since I only had seen the orthodontist 3-4 times. My personal insurance would cover everything that was being charged, so I was told on my last visit.
