I was so nervous about getting two crowns right in the front. I had to get shots and I thought they were going to be so painful . I was wrong. I felt a tiny little pinch, barely with the first injection. After that, I felt no pain. My dentist was kind. All of the workers were . I would recommend this office to anyone needing to have dental work .

Very busy Office but I've never had a good experience there. I'm a denture wearer. They told me that yes we could accommodate you but you'll have to wait for a few weeks till that certain dentist came in. So I did and I got there. They put me in a chair and he said I can't do that and I went home. What a waste of a morning for nothing.

I had a wonderful experience with this office. It was my first visit and a tooth extraction, yuck. The staff (Posley and Kristina) and Dr. Ali Pootrakul were so professional and "gentle". I would not hesitate to give them 5 stars for all they did. Truly, I have already given this office's name out to others who are looking for a dentist. Thank you to all.

Love coming to Gentle Dental Valley. Dr Soliman is a great doctor. The manager is always very helpful and accommodating to my needs. The back staff is always friendly. Highly recommended for anyone needing dental treatment.

I received SAME DAY appointment for tooth infection. The office was clean, staff was compassionate and my dentist was EXCELLENT!!! I would highly recommend this office and will be returning for my future needs FIVE STAR

Wonderful dental office! I've had a fair bit of work done there and the staff is always so friendly! The dentists are fantastic! They make sure you're comfortable and understand what's going on. They're thorough and listen to any concerns I have and answer honestly. They also have given me less expensive treatment when it will work instead of just going for the expensive ones. I wouldn't have known the difference but they saw that they could give me a filling instead of a crown after a re-treated root canal (from 10 years ... read more

The new staff is AMAZING! So thankful to finally have a great dentist near me. Don't listen to the old reviews, there is a whole new staff here and they are ALL so wonderful. If my husband who has fired literally EVERY dentist and avoids the dentist like the plague actually likes this office and isn't scared to go back, that should tell you something! Hahaha

I took our two daughters in for their checkups and cleaning. Yuri at the front desk was very polite and answered all the questions I had. Rey the dentist assistant was wonderful, patient and kind with the girls. Dr. David was awesome and quick but thorough while giving the checkups. Overall, very pleasant experience!
