My insurance covers most cost but some services require a copayment. They refuse to honor what is in our contract and has over charged us multiple times for services. If you are unwilling to follow the copayments set by the insurance you should not accept the insurance. Stop trying to upcharge your customers. Super unprofessional!
3 months ago I was scheduled for a cleaning but when I got there they said no one was working that day, the dentist said my teeth were in pretty good shape. so i came back for next try at cleaning, now they said they can't do that i needed a deep cleaning. i said I do not have $400 + just do a regular cleaning. they said they can't do that.
