If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only have they done crappy work on my sons teeth that has caused him nothing but discomfort and pain but they don't return calls and yes I tried and left multiple voicemails. Then I show up since they won't return my calls and it is now 9:20 and they are still not open even though their hours are listed as 9am on the door!! And that isn't even everything that I have experienced here. Just the last straw!!! please save yourself the toothache and never go here!

Horrible experience. I waited for 2 months to to be seen by the dentist, after they did xray and measurement they just told me they can't do the cleaning today because they don't have time and I need to make another appointment. Front desk are not helpful to me atleast.

I would not return to this place if they were the last dentist in Tehachapi. Approximately 2 years ago I needed to have two teeth extracted I had a 8:00 am appointment on a Friday they got me right in and numbed my mouth. The dentist started trash talking the other dentist in the organization which I thought was very unprofessional. Very disappointed, had dentures made, first Dr. had trouble with the plate and broke it. My new dentures did no fit right. when i should up. I found out that Dr. no longer works there. The new Dr. was not very reassuring. I had to call to set up a new appointment and then he just set up another appointment. I couldn't find my keys and was about 10 min. late to the new appointment. They told me I was to late and said they will have to make me a new appointment for more than a month away.

Wish I had read reviews before I started going there. After spending a lot on a crown, my tooth broke off and fell out. They cost me around $5000 for my implant that I had done thru another dentist. There was no way I would go back to them. All I got there was trouble and large bills. Spend the money and go someplace else. You will save in the long run.

Talk about a money mad business. Have Ins with State of Ca. Never had any co payment with this Ins. moved back to Ca from Az. Needed reline on upper plate. Made an appointment On first appointment told I did not need reline. Called Ins co. Told them I knew better than the dentist when I needed reline. She agree with me. Please beware. Spent 1800.00 on a partial and they didn't even try to fit it so it sits in my bathroom. I had insurance so they were paid well for nothing. They tried to sell me implants instead. Worst dentist I've ever been to.

**STOP!** AVOID!** GO NO FURTHER unless you LOVE PAIN, BLOOD FOR DAYS, and CLOTS HANGING FROM YOUR MANGLED MOUTH! Not to mention the HUGE bloated bill they were going to charge my Insurance! $1,264.00 for a TEETH CLEANING! WTF! Simply by far the worst dental experience of my life, and I'm 55 years old. I have had to go to Gentle Dental for yrs. due to insurance. If I could give them less then 1 star U would. They ALWAYS try to overcharge me. They have overcharged me thousands of dollars in the past. This last visit they said I needed $1,800 worth of work, that's with dental insurance. When I questioned that amount & showed them what insurance covered they lowered price by a few hundred. But when told by my dental insurance in writing that my cost out of pocket is $120.00 to Gentle Dental they keep cancelling my appointment... read more
