This place is a joke. They never get our billing right and I always get bills for things and when I call on them they tell me to disregard them and then I'll get another bill telling me I'm delinquent and I get the "just disregard it" answer again. It's annoying getting bills in the mail. If I'm suppose to disregard them, then don't send them at all. It happens with every appointment. And then my son has an appointment at 9:30 and we show up at 9:15 and we are staring at a closed sign that says, "be back at 8:00." Decided to... read more

My first visit was ok not great then the second time i went in there they told me i needed braces on my top teeth to fix my bite. And on top of the outragous cost they wanted to charge me for one row of braces they said i needed lots of other work such as fillings. I got a second option in Bakersfield at River Lakes Dental group and turns out all the 'dental work' didnt turn out to be what i needed. Worst experience ever!!! I'd rather have dentures so I only had to go there once, rather than go back again!!! The wait was over an hour... and I was the fastest patient to get through that day. The new management is horrible! It feels like they are worried more about the money in my wallet (or insurance company's wallet) than actual customer care. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. I highly suggest others do the same...
