His staff and billing practices are horrible. He is trying to bill me for his staff mistakes. I am considering legal action.

Went here for wisdom teeth X-rays and oral exam. Staff did x-rays, Dr. Bruno refused to see me because of a minor blood condition I had put on my med history, which had never been a problem with other surgeries. They sent me out of the office wanting to schedule surgery w/o meeting this doctor. I would never schedule a surgery w/ a surgeon I had never met. Months later, Bruno sent me to collections for a fee for the oral exam, which never occurred. He claims he saw me but won't send med records.

After spending 1hr 45mins waiting on a consultation (which lasted 90 seconds) I had time to analyze this office-no modern technology anywhere & the whole office looked liked it hadn't been updated since the late 70's. My opinion, too many patients scheduled at once and the dr's concern seems to be about how much money he can make and keep instead of how he can provide a safe, sterile, up to date environment. My X-ray was on a piece of copy paper! Enough reason to seek another Dr. Immediately

After my tooth was pulled the doctor put a piece of gauze in my mouth, sat me up and told me to leave. I felt I wasn't given adequate post procedure time to recover. When leaving the office the waiting room was full and this probably led to my being rushed to leave.
