I had a tooth implant placed at Dr. Bruno’s office and had an overall very positive experience! Everything from payment/billing to the procedure itself went smoothly. Terrible experience. Major complications with wisdom tooth extraction that I had to get corrected by another doctor. Left my jaw bone EXPOSED. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Dr. Bruno and his office staff are very professional, kind, compassionate and helpful. I was having severe tooth pain from an abscessed tooth and they were able to get me in promptly for an extraction. Lori was very kind and reassuring explaining how the process/procedure would go so I was prepared. The day of the procedure everyone was so nice and reassuring. Dr. Bruno did my surgery a couple weeks ago. He did a great job & was helpful with all my concerns. The staff, Lori & Kristi are friendly,especially Kristi keeping me calm.

I brought my daughter in for a surgical bond and bracket for orthodontics procedure earlier this year and had to have it replaced. The receptionist had us waiting for 30 minutes past our appointment time. I was really upset about having us wait since they were running behind. Just when I thought I could not wait any longer, Dr. Bruno's nurses and Dr Bruno were walking out the patient before us in a wheelchair and loading her into their car. I recently had to find an oral surgeon for my elderly father. He has some health issues and I was worried about finding somewhere that they would take the care in treating him. I found Dr Bruno after asking a couple of my neighbors. The girl that answered the phone, Lori, was so incredibly helpful. She walked me through the entire process from start to finish. I was referred here for an implant by my dentist. I did not know anything about Dr Bruno. I started to ask around about him before making my appointment and everyone I spoke with had nothing but great things to say about him and his staff. I was. not disappointed. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would HIGHLY recommend this office.

wife had oral surgery by Dr Bruno. When she went back to a couple of other specialist they were shocked at what they saw, not good. And now we are having billing issues. His billing person sent info to wrong insurance company. Once that was corrected, the correct insurance company refused claim. Because of the time frame, ended up being a year after surgery. Plus have had no luck with his office calling me back. Have called 7 times in the past 7 weeks. He is pretty arrogant also. Again and still is not a good experience.
