I was very satisfied with the customer service and friendliness of the entire staff. I felt welcomed and appreciated upon my visit..so much so that I purchased two vehicles. I strongly recommend this dealership and service department. The service department is clean and very state of the art. In conclusion, I will recommend Gerry Wood to my business associates, friends and family.

This is the place to buy! It took me 3 weeks to finally find a dealer thats not about the games and gimmicks. These guys were honest, professional, quick and most of all knowledg eable. David knew everything about the Jeep and the Sales Manager made it no "mystery" of who was behind the numbers, and was very nice. I actually had fun and it was the best experience I've had by far. I recommend this dealership to everyone and I will be back for another vehicle soon. Loving my New Sahara!!!!

This was a great buying experience. I was in the market for a new Ram and sent an email to several dealerships. Gerry Wood sent me a response quickly and called me ASAP. They were able to help with the questions I had and had the vehicle in stock (they have a lot of vehicles). I loved the powertrain warranty and oil changes they offer at no charge also. I had visited a few other Dealerships prior to going to Gerry Wood Chrysler Jeep Dodge and found that my experience with these guys was the best. I did not feel pushed or rushed into making a decision with a vehicle. This was my second vehicle purchase from gerrywood Dodge in Salisbury. Just like the first purchase, my wife and I are very pleased thus far with not only the vehicle itself but the customer service and vehicle selection offered at this dealership.
