I went to Gerry Wood Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Salisbury, NC to test drive a new Dodoge Ram 1500 that I had located on their website. Due to my payments not being able to be where I wanted them (no fault of the dealership btw), I was shown another vehicle that would better fit my needs and financial comforts. With this being my first car purchase of my adult like I drove a 50 miles to see a 2003 Chrysler Seabring Convertible because of the good pricing and condition of the car, after a rocky start and a couple of phone calls to upper management they were able to sell me the car with total satisfaction and then some. I would recommend their services to anyone needing a car.

My Father and Mother have been buying vehicles from Gerry Wood for years. This is my second RAM 1500 truck I bought from Gerry Wood. Everyone that I have worked with either in sales or service or finance has been Top Shelf folks. They know their business inside and out. I bought my first Ram 1500 from Gerry Wood in 2008. I have been doing business here since 2002. Weather for service or purchasing, all individuals of within this organization has been very helpful, curtious and friendly. My last visit was to purchase a Ram Truck. The sales man, David, was very knowledgable and paid attention to all the ammenities that I was looking for in a Ram Truck. With his attention to detail, I was able to purchase this vehicle. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealer to any and all.

Great service, friendly salesman, very knowledgeable, shopping for a vehicle was very nice, easy, and enjoyable. John Cole is a great salesman and I feel very fortunate that he was my salesman. I will do business with John Cole and Gerry Wood again and will recommend that everyone should go and see them to purchase their vehicles.

my husband and I had a great experience at Gerry Wood. Everyone was very friendly and went above and beyond. Jimmy Yelland was great. He went out of his way when we bought the car and also the following Monday when I had to come back. He made the 4 hours we were there very entertaining and funny. We really appericate his time. When we decide to buy another vehicle we will go right back to Gerry Wood and to Jimmy.
