We made a phone calls to Mr. debaco and we took care of a good deal of business. Once we arrived the we were introduced to Francis and he took care. The staff made us feel welcome and worked very hard to give us the best deal. We had to leave for the night and Steve followed up with a phone call and let us know the deal was complete and the vehicle and paper work was standing by for us. Over all rating is very good. Other dealers did not try to get the car I wanted as Jerry Wood did. The new car's front end was not aligned and that was fixes before I took delivery.
we came in with a very bad situaion. we needed a bigger car to accomadate my wifes power chair. unfourtunatly we were upside down on our trade in and had bad credit. your salespeople and finance officer worked with us to find a great minivan at a price we could afford.

Gerry Wood salesman Francis Thayil showed both personal and professional customer service. I noticed after purchasing this vehicle a problem with the head lamps, they were defective and the fog lamps were not working. Took my 2016 charger scatpack in because dash lights would no cut off the car is supercharged and has been since it had 8 miles they deleted my tunes car runs like crap they refused to fix the problem they caused service manager was very rude only one key works the car now was told to bring the other key up there they would program it the sales girl Hatley was very nice but the technician was very rude remote start no longer works the part I was told was bad control the remote start function and now it no longer works very d... read more
Next to communication. Poor customer service. No resolution of my issue. Lack of compassion. Never again.
My oil change, tire rotation, and factory recall (tailgate striker alignment) took 1 hour and 45 minutes. My service was to include the multi point inspection, which may or may not have been done. I don’t know because no one reviewed it with me nor was it included with my paperwork. My service was also to include a car wash which was not performed. Overall, I was very disappointed with visit.
Jesus was the most awful person I’ve ever worked with. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
