THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND "UP-FRONT" AND HONEST ABOUT WHAT MY CAR CARE NEEDS ARE. THEY ALWAYS GIVE AN ACCURATE "WAIT" TIME AND PROVIDE A NICE WAITING AREA. IF THERE ARE OTHER ISSUES THAT ARE FOUND WITH THE CAR, THEY ARE VERY GOOD AT LETTING YOU KNOW WHAT IS NEEDED AND HOW URGENT OR NON URGENT IT IS. THE EXPRESS CAR SERVICE IS JUST GREAT ALL THE AWAY AROUND!

I purchased my Nitro in February 2007 and have taken it no where else for service. Always friendly, respectful and service prices have been very reasonable and better than any where else that I have checked. As a single woman, there is always that concern of being taken advantage of, or made to feel stupid, but I don't feel that I have ever had that issue with Gerry Wood. Mr. Jallick was an outstanding Service Advisor. He got me in and out super fast and went over everything with me. There were no surprises, no wonky charges, and great pricing. I have been dealing with Gerry Wood for over 3 years and will continue to do so, both in service and the purchasing of vehicles. Excellent staff that is very knowledgeable and courteous.
They are a great place to buy a car from, because they always welcome you with open arms no matter how much money you have on you. They have a very friendly environment, places like GerryWood makes you want to buy a car more often.
My overall experience with Brandon was very good. He always greeted me with a smile and a handshake and was very attentive to my questions etc. He kept me updated of everything I needed to know about my purchase. He was very helpful to me when I asked him quite a few questions about what everything was and how to use them that was on the dashboard.
