My experience with Gerry Wood CJD was exceptional. I had the opportunity to work with Jimmy Yelland a sales associate in the dealership. Jimmy was an extremely friendly guy, wasn't pushy and listened to my issues, concerns and difficuly situation. I would like to say that is was one of the BEST car buying experiences I haveever had. The salesman, Francis was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Steve in finance was also very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

I gave the dealership the scores I did because they exceeded my expectations in all the catagories. The salesman was very knowledgable and the lifetime power train warrenty really seperated Gerry Wood from the competition.

the salesman was very cheerful and not pushy at all. he showed us all the vehicles and answered all our questions. the whole experience was very enjoyable considering other times when i bought new cars.

Very good dealer. Low pressure and a friendly "home town" experience. Will buy a car from them again. I was very impressed with the facility and the overall experience. I hate buying cars but with this type of dealer in town I may not keep cars so long. The entire process was very fast and friendly not the normal "let me go talk to my manager" waiting game. Fair price offered on trades and reasonable pricing on their cars.

Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. We started out at Gerry Wood looking for a car. After visiting several dealerships we returned to Gerry Wood and purchased our car. We are very satisified with the treatment we received both times.
