We worked with Geza Rakoczi to manage a refinance and a HELOC option for us and he and his team did an outstanding job. After an awful experience trying to refinance our house last year and getting no response from our mortgage officer, Geza was a true breath of fresh air. Geza Rakoczi was the best. I shipped around quote a bit and Lower took care me so well and was extremely accommodating and went the extra mile for me. They really went above and beyond for me. The rate was the lowest I've ever seen and I closed with two weeks of starting the process. It was so quick and easy to get the the best rate of my life! I even decided to refer my 82 Year old Mom when she needed Refinance help. Geza personality helped my Mom what was very meaningful and appreciated.
