Working with Geza was a great experience. Very helpful throughout the process. The Lower Process was simple and quick. Made what is usually a painful process very easy. Their rates were better than what was found, and their closing cost were also lower. 100% would use again!
I did comparison shopping for rates and the best mortgage. After extensive searches with many companies. Geza and his staff not only had the best interest rates and lowest costs, but also went above and beyond to make our refinance as smooth as possible. Geza Rakoczi was the best. I shipped around quote a bit and Lower took care me so well and was extremely accommodating and went the extra mile for me. They really went above and beyond for me. The rate was the lowest I've ever seen and I closed with two weeks of starting the process. It was so quick and easy to get the the best rate of my life! I even decided to refer my 82 Year old Mom when she needed Refinance help. Geza personality helped my Mom what was very meaningful and appreciated.
I had never heard of lower but found them through some google searches while looking for high LTV Cash-out VA Refi's. Needless to say Geza, Cosmo, and Tyler from Lower were fantastic and the whole process took less than a month. I would 100% recommend them!

Geza Rakoczi and his team have all been amazing through this entire refi process. We don't have the best credit and were concerned about an appraisal only based off the current market.... yet Geza is a master at his business and cobbled together a package according to what we were trying to accomplish.... as opposed to other companies who either would have declined us or tried to sell us a cookie cutter package. We couldn't have found a better lender!
