We had worked a mortgage with Geza Rakoczi in the past and were now interested in a refi to do some home remodeling. Geza worked out a good plan including the amount we needed in the Home equity line of credit to get our projects completed. It was a very smooth process.
Geza Rakoczi was great. My husband and I had been looking for a program to help us use the equity in our home to pay off our debt and he provided the answer. Great, thorough service and always available to answer questions. His preliminary estimates on what he could do for us were right on target. We are now feeling freedom from our debt and couldn't be anymore thankful to Geza and Homeside for finding the right program for us.
