It was really easy to work with Geza Rakoczi, everything is really smooth and fast. We were cleared to close a week earlier. Everytime we had a question we just texted Geza, and he will answer as soon as possible. Also since we don't have time to meet Geza in the office, we are able to schedule a time to meet when Geza is out of the office. The service overall is really great, he's very patient and thoughtful.

My representative Geza rakoczi was always available, processs was made simple, convenient in house signing with flexible meeting times, updates were frequent, my representive was knowledgeable and courteous, and my closing date was on time.
After unsuccessfully trying to get a HELOC with a less than great credit score, I had pretty much given up on getting one. The program Homeside offered was great. I was not only able to get a refi of our mortgage, but I was also able to leverage the equity in our home to get a HELOC. I'm now able to consolidate my debt and reap the benefits of the tax breaks available on mortgages and HELOCs. My loan rep, Geza Rakoczi was awesome throughout the process. I highly recommend working with Geza and Homeside.
