Geza was extremely knowledgeable about the refinancing process. He was always easily available, at any time of the day or night, even when he was at home with family. He kept me updated almost on a daily basis on how my refinance was going. He walked me through every step and process that needed to be done. Mr. Geza Rakoczi contacted me in regard to my request for a refinance on my house. He was very patient with me and did extensive research to find the right plan to fit what I wanted to do. I was impressed the first time I talked to Geza and he has not let me down throughout the whole refinance process. Geza and his team are very knowledgeable and worked very hard for my benefit. He was immediately responsive to my emails and we have talked so much I feel like we are family.
