I had a good experience. Geza Rakoczi answered all of my questions and helped me get the most value out of my house for our upcoming project. I was trying to refinance with many other lenders ... always with negative results. I ended up connecting with Geza Rakoczi through Lending Tree. I must say, this was by far the greatest experience I have ever had. I had very unique circumstances that needed to be taken into consideration, as well as less then average credit history . Geza made this seem as though it was a "walk in the park"! Without coming across too bold, Geza has changed my life by making the seemingly impossible, oh so possible!!! Thank you Geza!!
