After going through my divorce, I had to get some equity out of my home to pay my ex wife, or else sell the home. After several times being approved and let down days before closing, I contacted home side mortgage. I spoke with Gaza Rakoczi and told him what had happened with me, He was so helpful and started processing my paperwork right away. This man stayed in contact with me the entire process. Homeside Financial offered a unique program that gave us access to much more cash than other lenders to consolidate our debt. From beginning to end, Geza Rakoczi was a tremendous help in not only explaining the program, but also answering all of the many questions that we had regarding our specific situation. The only issue encountered was a delay in closing which was a result of appraisal backup and delay - not in the control of the lender or Geza specifically. Geza went above expectations to mitigate the impact of the delay.
