Geza Rakoczi and his team made this a very smooth process for me. This was my first time for buying a home. Worked with Geza Rakoczi in refinancing my house. He kept the line of communication open at every step of the way in the process. The interest rate was excellent in times of increasing rates. Rate was lower that I anticipated. Won't hesitate to recommend to my friends who need a mortgage. Closing went smoothly.
