Geza was great to work with. Communication was outstanding, as he was always responsive no matter how late in the evening. They were able to create a refinance + HELOC for me to access the maximal amount of capital. The whole process was easy and straightforward and the loans closed quickly. Geza Rakoczi and his team made this a very smooth process for me. This was my first time for buying a home. In addition, I work a 3rd shift job; so he and his team were very accommodating to my work/sleep schedule. We had quite a lot of communication, to get things right where I needed them to be. Neither of us had any idea where to start with freeing up and using the equity of our home but he made it easy to understand and gave us peace of mind through the whole process. Worked with Geza Rakoczi in refinancing my house. He kept the line of communication open at every step of the way in the process. The interest rate was excellent in times of increasing rates.
