I've been a customer since 1976.The quality of the food and the service have diminished since the latest management took over. The delivery is slow. I was told today that as of next week the giant sizes are being eliminated. I don't see the sense in that. I do like the pizza and tuna grinders.
Done ordering seafood platter here!!!!! Not cool for the price!
If you want condiments.. do not have it delivered :(
This place and Putnam are run by the same owner and I'm here to give the truth and hope that I can save whomever the trouble of finding out on their own. That #1, this place has an owner that does not care about customers or the well being of the establishment. He is more on the business end collecting the money and living Nicely doing so. Go to the Danielson store frequently with no issues. Was in Putnam so stopped in with my wife for a couple of grinders. Only one other table was occupied. We ordered our grinders and waited. Meanwhile 2 other couples arrived. 35 minutes later the people who arrived after us were served, and one table even had pizza. My wife asked the waitress about our grinders and was told that they were almost ready. Waited another 5 minutes and left
We order from here sometimes, most times we have no issues however the one thing I ordered as my dinner tonight was wrong and it took an hour and a half to get here, as well as the delivery driver pulls up with his music blaring and wakes my two year old up. When pulling up to people's homes you may want to be polite and turn down your blasting music. This is everytime we order whoever pulls in has blasting music. If this happens again I'm boycotting which is too bad because when they get the order right it's very good food.
I got a buffalo chicken wrap it had more lettuce than chicken 2 tiny pieces!! Im very disappointed!!
