Honestly so disappointed with this location on multiple accounts but today blew it out of the water. We enjoy their pizza the first time we ordered in like February/March time. Since then we tried on multiple occasions to order again and it always comes out to be an undercooked, not even hot pizza. We even ask to over cook it knowing that they don’t brown the cheese at all. ordered 3 things and I decided to pick it up because delivery takes forever. when I get there they are looking for my pizza, the front counter girl says it'll be a few more minutes for your pizza. of course it will when you forgot to make it, so 25 minutes later I get my pizza with no apology. should have just been honest and tell me it wasn't made. and if masks are going to be mandatory in your establishment you should tell your employees, not a single one of them wearing it properly and one not wearing it at all.
order clearly on the phone tossed salad (not chef) and a hamburger calzone. go pick up total is $20.. mind you the tossed salad is priced 3.99. get home to see a chef salad which explains the total... the calzone was horrible. also picked an order for someone else and they asked for 2 large cheese pizzas cooked extra get there order home and one has no sauce and neither is extra cooked. very displeased with the service and WILL NOT BE RETURNING...
Common courtesy...it's a dying trait. Carina Moore and I ordered dinner for us and the boys from Giants Pizza in Danielson, CT a month ago. Getting home, EVERY order was wrong. We called and spoke to mamagement, just to inform him of the mistake. He apologized and said he would credit our phone number as we were repeat customers..... I call in tonight to feed the family, using this credit. No credit applied, but they offered $5.00 refund off our order.$5.00? the last several times we have gotten pizza from you it was either cold or completely wrong. stopped for small grinders 12/2/2020 and what a JOKE !!! your small grinder is actually a half of a small grinder. Who wants to eat dinner to be starving when finished? Are you kidding? This place has depreciated the last few year's and you should be embarrassed! We will never again order from you and will be sure to NOT recommend your restaurant to any friends or family. This place is a joke and the laugh of the town!!!!
Ordered food for delivery was told 70 min for delivery, food finally arrives and it’s the wrong order, called and was told they will make the correct order and send it out with the next driver. Now an hour and a half after that phone call food still isn’t here.
Slow service. Told me order would be ready in 20 minutes.... 40 minutes later I am still in my car waiting for it.
Disappointed in the quality from here lately, boneless wings are no better than frozen grocery store wings, delivery orders are late and incorrect.
