This place is a giant no thank you. Messed up my order, not willing to take responsibility for the mistake. Gave them over 24 hours to complete my order and they tell me that they did not have enough notice when the website says 2 hours notice for sheet pizzas. Ordered a Greek salad. The lettuce was soggy like it had been frozen. Ordered extra dressing and paid for it, but never received it. Think I will take my business elsewhere.
I challenge anyone to order a small grinder and not waste away to skin and bones, dying a slow death of malnutrition. So, let me get this straight, your large grinder is the size of a small. Your small grinder was less filling than bologna and cheese on wonder bread. knowing this I ordered a small meatball pizza for myself, thinking it couldnt be worse. ordered 2 salads and 2 pizzas online. went to pick it up and they said the pizzas got lost!? and they just put them in the oven. so I had to go back and wait in my car for 15 more minutes. also one 1 of 7 people I saw working, was wearing her mask properly. if you're going to be customer facing you need to keep a mask on correctly!
Disappointed with the service at the Putnam Location, it is always slow with only 1 wait staff on, however went this afternoon with three people behind the counter, two people seated for food, and nobody in the drive-thru, left after being seated for 10minutes without service. And that is a true 10minutes as we timed it and waitress walked by to deliver food to the two people seated. Disappointed to say the least.
I was very disappointed in the delivery order I just got. Except for the delivery driver who was very kind and fast service, my food was a disappointment! I spent over $12 for a fried scallop dinner and had only about 11 scallops and the rest fries. And the fries were soggy! Was shocked! I had never had such a small portion! Needless to say, you lost a customer!
when you call and ask a cashier to check with a cook to see if the roast beef is rare and she says it's rare and when you get home and find out your grinder totally sucks. dry medium roast beef that I can feed my dogs and I hope they will eat it won't be back
I previously would have given this 4⭐. After tonight (Mothers Day) I am seriously regretting our decision on where to order dinner. We live 3/4 mile from Giant however it was raining so we decided to get delivery. It took 85mins to get out food even though we were quoted 70 . . . which is still crazy! Upon getting our food we noticed out Pizza Wings and Cheese Knots were cold. Like they had probably been cooked and sat for at least a solid hour. 5th time we order a pizza PIE cut and get square cut. this last time they said 20 minutes for pick up. we showed up 27 mins later only to be told they were just making it and putting it in the oven. so we pull up and wait 20 more mins. girl brings out the pie and says its sq cut does that matter? I said it did and that they frequently make the mistake. her response....well then don't come back here! you can bet we won't and being a Putnam resident I will be sure to spread the word. terrible service all around. the girl... read more
