We tried pizza, a grinder, and a salad. Sadly all were expensive and none of them were edible.
Called 3 times to place an order! I waited approximately 5 minutes each time for someone to pick up the phone! I can get my food somewhere else!!!!
Giant pizza used to be the best place around but not anymore orders made wrong and made cheaply. We order a special pizza and it barely any toppings what a shame. please go elsewhere
Giant Pizza has the best sauce and pizza around. But you can’t expect the same thing all the time. They mess up orders frequently. They overcharge (get our Monday special for $10.99 but they charge $11.99 and “sorry, only the owner can fix that.”). The owner needs to get it together. There’s so much potential there but clearly a lack of effort. Oh and it’s always “45 minutes” for delivery no matter what day or time. Way to sell your business.
Ordered from Putnam location on april 12th for my office. They messed up almost the entire order. Would not deliver the correct order. Was told I’d have a refund on my card but 2 months later still no refund for the missing or incorrect food. No more business from my office or my family and friends. Losing someone’s business that’s been going there for 30 years over ripping them off for 40 bucks is sad. 20-30 people no longer calling you because of this. Dominos blows you out of the water now. Not only was the food low grade the customer service and management was uncalled for. They have been known to take advantage of elderly and over charging on tips after the fact didn’t believe it until it happens to me. I ordered $21.36 with credit card and when I checked the next day there was an extra $20.00 added on my credit card when called I was told by management I was “pissing him off” because he didn’t understand how just $20.00 would cause so much trouble long story short I will never support a small business who ... read more
I've given delivery at this place so many chances in the past two years. Service is awful. What pisses me off the most is I ordered food online, and after waiting an HOUR I get an automated text saying the order was cancelled because "we are unable to process the order with the restaurant". No one called me to tell me anything. Never ordering here again.
We order from here all the time. Normally it’s not bad but lately the drivers are careless and just lay the pizzas on their seat so basically the cheese/toppings just all slide off the pizza.. pretty disappointing when you wait 70 mins to feed your kids and the pizza shows up looking like it went through the spin cycle … And this was the better of the two pizzas but my kids were starving and couldn’t wait ..
