Ordered my food for delivery. Took over an hour and 45 minutes to get here. When it got here it wasn’t even hot, did NOT taste fresh at ALL, had enough grease that I could cook a weeks worth of pizza, all you could taste was cheese, bread and the grease. It was TERRIBLE.
We usually order from Giant Pizza and it hasn’t been a problem until tonight. We had waited over an hour since putting in our order and we live not even 5 minutes away. I had ordered mozzarella sticks, a chicken grinder and 2 burgers. Everything was cold, burgers were burnt, mozzarella sticks had been sitting out and fries were stale. So I accidentally called Giant pizza instead of 4 G's (which is what I really wanted) so I went with it & thought pizzas pizza right? How bad could it be. Well... it was awful. Worst pizza I've ever had. Hey Giant pizza, spend the extra $money$ and buy the REAL mozzarella cheese! Way too much sauce, but the horrible cheap cheese is what really ruins it. I will Never make the mistake of calling them again
Ordered a honey mustard chicken grinder. Specifically asked for no onions. Unwrapped it and not only are there onions hanging out of it, it is so smothered in honey mustard dressing that the outside of the bread is covered in it and soggy. After waiting on hold to place the order, and reading some of these reviews, I’m not going to waste my time trying to call to complain.
For years I never had a problem but lately they have been awful! Wednesday I placed an order for a grinder 6 jobless wings fries and mac n cheese it took 70 mins from order time to delivery (I live less than 2 miles away) we got half our order and half of someone else's when I called I had to repeat what happened 3 times for someone to finally come on the phone and say "it looks like you got half your order and half or someone elses" well duh!! My family goes and orders from Giant all the time. Tonight in a snow storm I ordered for delivery, 2.5 hours later I called to check on my order because I assumed it would take awhile but that was really long. I was told that my order was canceled & that they called but did not leave a message. I did have a missed call, but not from their number & with no voicemail I assumed that it was a wrong number. Ordered from Giant Pizza many, many times. When they don't meet their one hour delivery time and you call, they tell you your order is out and they are short handed. Couple nights ago I placed my order at 620pm online. At 8 pm, I called because my order had not been delivered. Again. We are short handed and we are changing our delivery time to a minimum of 2 hours.....thats what I was told. I've learned my lesson now and won't be back to the Putnam location. Last time my family and I dined inside the wait time with everything and the service was horrible! This time I simply called and ordered a large pepperoni pizza for pickup. I told them my name on the phone. When I went through the drive through 20 minutes later they did not have my order and supposedly had no record that I had called at all!
