RecommendedWe just had an AMAZING stay over Mother's Day weekend. The place was on the quiet side (good for us) as the restaurant and activities open up Memorial weekend. Beautiful views, close to town, tons to do OR like we did this trip... just sit by the river all day =) Looking forward to returning again soon!
I do not recommend this site for campers. We booked a river site for our trip home from the Southwest. We could not get our camper in the site, it was too narrow. No room for a picnic table or chairs. Just side to side with other campers. In all our years of camping, I’ve never seen sites so small. The staff were very accommodating and gave us some options in the “large rig area” (our trailer is 26 feet). They suggested a couple of sites away from “the wedding party “.
