Had a good time with family. But accomadations werent as advertised and way too pricey! They told a handicapped family member that there was a cabin with only two stairs and she would be fine. Her walker couldnt fit through the hallway. And they said it could. We are reporting them! The air conditioning machine worked in some cabins and in some it was shotty. They advertise new tvs and appliances. We found holes in doors/walls. The stairs to the upper bunks were uneven and for a yound person scary to go up and down without t... read more

The phone staff could care less about the customer, it is all about the money. I70 in Glenwood Canyon will be closed during the day while we are there. Making it impossible for us to do the activities we had planned. They will not refund for any reason, even though the highway they are located on will be closed. DO NOT STAY HERE.

When we called and made a reservation months in advance we told them we were going to have 9 people camping and they charged $450 to my card, really expensive but I was okay with it. When we got there (drove from Iowa to Denver and then 3 hours more) they told us that the info we received on the phone was incorrect and we had to be charged an additional $7/person/night over 4 people. We had asked 3 different times how many people we paid for and they told us that it was 6 per site and we had 2 sites so we were allowed up to... read more

Unbelievable how this “resort" represents themselves and how bad they are with customer service. My girlfriend and I rented the resort cabin for a nice Christmas getaway for two nights. Upon arriving we discovered the cabin was NOT as advertised. There was not a gas fireplace, but a tiny gas stove in the corner, that would only stay on for 5 min. at a time and no flat screen TV which was advertised on their website. Even creepier was the fact that all the blinds had pieces cut out for “peepholes” and even a window that h... read more

This is relevant to camping only. Reserved 4 specific tent spots on the river MONTHS in advance. Found out afterward they require entire monies up front to reserve for a group. Not cool without telling us. OK, the spots may be worth it. Time to check in and WHAT? Now we can't have the spots we SPECIFICALLY reserved and PAID in FULL for MONTHS ago? Why not? Never received an adequate explanation. Turns out the someone (who, we don't know) decided to give our spaces to their friends for just ONE DAY!!! And because of that we m... read more

Staff is friendly, but not very accommodating, showed up at 1150 in the morning looking to spend two nights. They tell me check-in is 2 pm. No problem they have a place to park and wait and still enjoy things. So I ask what sites will be available, nope can't tell me that. I advise the gal that I want to know what site because that makes a difference if I want to wait around two hours or move down the road. Nope, can't do that. I ask for a manager, so she is gone for a few and out comes someone else. I have to explain to... read more
