Worst online buying experience ever Bought iPhone 6 that was supposed to be "excellent." Phone arrived dirty (repulsive, greasy face marks on the glass), and was password protected, as well as still attached to previous owner's Apple account. The kicker is the phone itself is broken! The screen is no longer touch responsive! So angry. Multiple emails to "customer service" have not been answered. Now waiting for "return kit" and money refund. They are crooks; don't buy from Glyde! My daughter bought her iPhone from Glyde and had a good experience. I asked her to find one for me, and she spent a great deal of time searching to find me the best deal. She alerted me when she found it, and I ordered immediately. I was so excited and ran out to buy a case and tempered glass protector because it was expected to come in about 5 days. Worst customer service ever! Placed an order for an iphone. After one week I emailed customer service and it was on hold pending more information on the credit card I used to pay. Waited another week and when I emailed customer service again I received this email from Julie the Manager at Glyde. Thanks for nothing Julie. Don't buy from Glyde I placed an order for an IPad. A pending charge was placed on my American Express Account. I received an email from Glyde saying a shipping box had been sent to the seller. Iphone purchased Crap, I wish I would have read these reviews. Yep, same thing happened to me. Bought an Iphone 6 and two months later its dead. Won't turn on or anything. Clearly, they are taking in bad phones, getting them to work for certain amount of time, knowing the hardware is going to go bad in a few months. So sad.

For a fact: worlds worst customer srevice I bought a phone from them. Then, two months later the phone just went berserk. I found out that this is the only company on the planet that doesnt have a customer service number. WHAT ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS! Duhh!! Through an email I asked for a refund or for a replacement. They told me that they would give me a $100 voucher. What kind of crap is that. Anyway, dont make the same mistake all of us did.

Avoid! Customer service is nonexistant Sent my phone through Glyde and it was misplaced through USPS. Glyde immediately took the "not my problem" approach and was unwavering in their terrible response times, lack of effort looking into my issue, and avoiding questions. I now have no phone, no money, and no means of recovering my device. I cannot figure out why they have a customer service department.

STAY AWAY FROM GLYDE!!! I purchased a game on 10/15/17 and it still hasnt been shoipped...wrote the company..they said it would be here at end of the week.here it is 13 days later and still not even shipped.wrote them 3 times.They answered first email..ignored last 2. they are a fraudulent company who steals your credit card information and your money.I tried to delete my payment information and it will not let me..They are thieves.beware folks.
