Okay...but misleading. I did...eventually...get paid. Glyde states 1-2 business days to receive payment...which means 3 business days, as they don't count the day the clock starts ticking. In a subsequent email following my complaint because I hadn't been paid in 2 business days, I was informed it could actually be 5 business days, not 2...which really means a week, since Saturday and Sunday aren't business days. By using glyde you are taking a risk If you choose to sell the buyer has a chance to accept or return. This creates a problem when the buyer chooses not to return all the parts you sent the device with.

Disappointed I have been a loyal glyde customer for a year now, every transaction and selling of my old phones went well until recently when I ordered an iPhone 6s Plus certified and it still hasn't came. I am disappointed and I will never use it again

GOT WRONG ITEM, 3 WEEK REFUND TIME !!! I have had multiple issues with glyde.com over the last few years but for some reason I continue to go back there. I guess I'm a glutton for punishment. I've had to return it iPad 2 that was in horrible condition, when the listing said it was in good condition.
