Terrible shipping policy I have ordered my phone over two weeks ago and it its still not here. Not only does this site not have a customer service phone number to call they also take up to 3-4 DAYS to respond to an email. Very unprofessional and I will not be using this service ever again. They do not even provide you with a shipping number to track your package. I am completely in the dark about when or if ever my ordered phone will arrive

Glyde screwed me over DO NOT USE I bought an iPhone 6s from Glyde and first problem was that it took over a week to get to me, until i finally emailed and said I wanted to know what was going on within 24 hours. When I get the phone, everything is fine but as i use it, I noticed the screen would glitch and start hitting random buttons and opening random apps. very poor would not recommend glyde because when i purchased a Iphone 3GS on 2-6-17 its been saying that the "Seller received shipping kit." for a little over a week now an here we are on 2-21-17 nothing has changed.

I ordered and paid for an item ad it wasn't shipped. Dont buy here.its a waste of time!! I ordered a phone and paid for it. A few days later I received and email stating the order was canceled by seller. There was no explanation just an apology for the phone order being canceled and not being shipped as scheduled. I needed the phone by a certain date and ultimately had to go to a store and buy it off a shelf because I couldn't wait any longer. No attempt at making good on my sale, just an empty apology.

It was a mistake clicking buy I clicked buy on an "excellent" Galaxy S7 on 2/3. I received the phone on 2/16. The package was nice and the phone looked great, but the phone's theft deterrent asked me to log into the google account that was originally on the phone. The short and skinny of it is that I paid for a phone that doesn't work. I asked for giidance from their customer service emai with no response. I give up on Glyde!!! Really Gylde? I've been waiting on my phone for almost 2 weeks now! It say's that the seller received the shipping material but its been saying that for 4 days now. I could've bought me another phone by now. WTF? I'm done with you guys. I want my full refund. RIDICULOUS

Not worth it. I've been waiting for my phone for 2 weeks and apparently it's in Philadelphia now. Im done in this amount of time I could've bought a new phone from a real person by now. Just give me my money back please, you guys have wasted enough of my time already.

Very Slow Payment Price was fair but it took almost a month from when I listed my phone until I received payment. If I had it to do all over again I would have sold on eBay. I used this site because I wanted to sell my phone fast but they use the absolute slowest shipping methods to receive the shipping kit and to send the phone.
