TERRIBLE. SCAM. STAY AWAY. I attempted to purchase a phone here, and after entering all of my information, it coincidentally gave me a message notifying me that the phone had already been sold. They now refuse to remove my credit card information or even acknowledge the fact that I have been charged falsely. Now I have to go though my credit card company and obtain a new credit card. Poor Customer Service & Misrepresented Product My first experience with Glyde was terrible. There was a long delay in receiving the phone and arrived long after the date promised. Additionally, I purchased an IPhone 4s 32GB, and I received a 4s 16GB. Glyde's customer service responses were on the level of patronizing and were inconsistent. I have a question for Glyde rep "Brian" Hey Brian, Why does Glyde not have a number that you can call to speak with a rep? Your number you have listed on this page just rings and rings, no message nothing. The one on a credit card statement does the same. If this is such a legitimate company, why don't you have a working phone number? Love to hear your answer for all to see since your company has nothing to hide I'm sure!!!!!!!
I I don't know the appeal of glide. I thought it was buyer and seller of phones and etc., but it is really a market place like eBay. I ordered a phone, waited for 2 weeks- nothing. I reached out. Turns out the seller had a change of heart. Nobody cancelled the order and apparently glyde was looking for replacement, but they had 3 phones with similar condition for less money. Horrible Experience I listed my phone on Glyde and it sold rather quickly. After sending the phone to the buyer, I received an email that the buyer wanted to return my phone. Fine. The problem is, that was about 3 weeks ago and I still have not received my phone back. There is no phone number, and customer service only operates via email (how is that even possible). I would advise NOT using this company and go with a more legitimate company such as EBAY.

Purchased a HD Amazon Fire 7" I was skeptical about purchasing through the site after reading some of the reviews, however I had a great experience. I paid a total of $35 for a tablet that is like brand new. I really only wanted the tablet for the reading books through the Amazon Prime lending library. I figured I did not have much to lose for $35 dollars and I am glad I did it.
Seller beware Had a previous good experience with Glyde so decided to sell my iPhone 6 Plus through them. Phone sold 5 days after I listed it, but a box was fairly slow in arriving. Once it did, I promptly mailed it to the buyer using the box and label provided by Glyde. I then received another box from Glyde (with the same order number), which seemed odd.
