I would never buy from Glyde again!!!!! I was very disappointed with the process. I bought an IPAd and received the wrong charger. At first everyone was cooperative and asked the owner to respond to me and mail me the correct charger. Once again I received the same wrong charger. When I contacted Glyde and told them I still didn't have the correct charger and I couldn't even tell if the item worked or not no one responded to me at all. I asked them to either send me the correct charger or give me $29 so I could buy a charger... read more

Too many negative reviews..... I want to list an expensive iPhone, but upon reading so many negative reviews, I am terribly nervous about mailing (essentially releasing control of my phone), and like so many disgruntled reviewers, left with a compromised phone and no recourse. I have read several responses from Glyde.com, and was disappointed with their reply. Horrible transaction! I sold my excellent condition, fully functional iphone and the power cord. About two weeks after I shipped the phone, I received a message from Glyde telling me that the buyer was returning the phone - no explanation provided. Nearly three weeks later, I received the phone in return, and it has been destroyed! It has been torn apart with some rudimentary tool, there are scratches all over the phone, the screen is damaged. Where is the Better Business Bureau??? I wish I could give negative stars. I sold my fully working, iphone 5S 64g in great condition to a buyer on glyde, and I had it professionally inspected before I sent it to make sure there was no damage to it. About 2 weeks after I shipped it, I got an email from glyde saying that the buyer claimed the screen needed to be replaced and would I take HALF of what the agreed price was? worst buying experience eveer I have ordered the same iPhone 5 FOUR different times due to sellers cancelling and you keep re-sending me phones that are the same model and price I just have to repurchase and wait longer, and the new sellers cancel anyways! I have waited almost two whole months for a phone from your website, and if this is how you conduct with buyers then you might as well cut ought the buyers! Better luck than me Seems like all the reviews are from the sellers. Well as a buyer I would never recommend or use Glyde again. After 12 days and no recourse, they will reluctantly cancel my order if they don't hear from the seller in another 5 days. They will not even keep my money. How nice of them for returning my money for not getting the phone I ordered. Do yourself a favor and buy from a real seller .

Locked up iPhone 5s from glyde We bought my son a iPhone 5s for Christmas. The seller said in perfect condition but when we received the phone it had a few chips around the edges of the phone. But nothing that would be seen with a phone cover on it. He was ok with it after he opens it. Of course we waited to give the phone to my son on Christmas Day to surprise him. Worst experience! I was in need of a new phone for Christmas. They cancelled my first order and again they have done it. Two times already and just waiting for the third time. I sent a message out to customer service they said they would reply in 48 hours and now its been 4 days. This Glyde page is a joke.

Uncoordinated and useless when in a time crunch Glyde has cancelled my order and put my account on hold for what...having all of my information. Right...now Christmas is ruined for the kid that only wanted a cell phone.....
