Sam was honest and hardworking.He was a great communicator always promptly returning calls.He answered most of my questions directly and the ones he could not ,he researched and quickly got an answer for.Loved doing business with him.
Julian was great to work with. He was professional at all times. We felt like we were his priority. This made things go very smooth for us. Whenever we called he was quick to respond. We closed sooner than expected. That was great. It has truly been a rewarding experience working with Julian and GSF. I would definitely recommend GSF to anyone searching for a lender. Ask for Julian.
When I had concerns, I would phone her. If she was not available right then,she would return my calls promptly. She would answer my questions cheerfully and was straight forward. If further research was needed, she did that and got right back to me as promised. Pam is knowledgeable and fun to work with!
From the first phone call to the final communication, Julian was a true professional. He followed thru on all that he promised, was very organized, and despite the challenges we presented, was able to offer prompt and creative resolutions.
