Jim and Becky were both fantastic to work with! Not only did they help me to get a great rate, but wrapped things up so quickly! I didn't think it was possible to close as fast as we did! Communication was great, and they answered all of the questions I had during the process. I would highly recommend them and GSF to anyone looking to refinance a home!
Jim was fantastic. Jim and his team made the loan process very easy, they made it very clear what documents were needed, what documents needed to be signed, and more importantly what I was signing, and why. The process was 80-90% digital which worked great for getting paperwork sent and signed while at work. If you are buying a home, and going anywhere else you are taken on stress and effort that could have been avoided.
Mike was on top of everything and made purchasing our home stress free and a wonderful experience. Mike is knowledgeable, professional, and was always there to answer any questions.
