Effective in my case: mild snorring (no apnea). Well supported.
Try it. It worked for me. Was very skeptical because I have tried every spray, mouth guard, nosepiece, sleeping position known to man and using a snoring app to monitor. The GMSS reduced my snoring by about 90%. Very happy camper
