I've been using the device for over 12 months now (my second one).. Overall the device works better than MAD devices I tried. If the suction holds your tongue then it definitely stopped my snoring or substantially reduced it... If you end up with a lot of saliva I believe this can release the suction and the tongue slips back.. however I have an automatic device that alerts me when this happens (my wife)...
It definitely works - I recorded my sleep apnea both with and without the device. It does work. The hard part for me is I talk in my sleep when I hit REM sleep - It comes out then. But it does work and I don't have to worry about a sore jaw.

It works like a charm, when I can keep it in my mouth.

Don't know if I was waking myself up when I snored prior to using the gmss, but I am sleeping through the night since using it. As long as I use nasal spray prior to bed so that my nose is clear, it works great.

As your literature said it took several weeks to become used to it and it works as stated however I sometimes take it out or it falls out in ky sleep. I had better luc keeping it in if I used a throat spray or pill with it.

I haven't slept this good in a long time. My wife is also sleeping better.wink wink. I have almost completely stopped snoring and I'm having vivid dreams that I haven't had in at least ten years. The only drawback is getting used to it. I had a sore tongue for the first week or so and there is a slight issue with drooling. Besides that I would highly recommend it.
