This product is GREAT! It has kept me from snoring, I am getting better sleep and so is my partner. No more earplugs for him . And is not uncomfortable to wear at all. I was leery about purchasing something online and at this cost, but the cost is nothing compared to getting fitted at your dentist office. I am EXTREMELY PLEASED with this product and would highly recommend it to others! Thank you so much!

Works very well and seems to have dramatically reduced my snoring, even when I am not using it. The only downside is that it often falls out when I am asleep. As others have noted, it is surprisingly easy to get used to. Occasionally, it causes gum irritation, but this goes away with a night or two of not using it.
