I find the TSD style device far ahead of all MAD's. The good morning solution needs a tongue sleeve. I found through the night I would bite down on my tongue making it raw. I would return to the GMSS device in the blink of an eye if it had the tongue protection.

It is an amazing product! Genius! My guy says his tongue goes numb in the morning hours, but hopes he will get used to it and that will stop. The only side effect for sleep? I'll take it! Thank you GMSS!!
