Worked the first night and slept very soundly for the first time in a while. Mouth is still a little sore...gums mostly after about a week. Hoping that improves as my mouth adjusts. Love not being told to "roll-over" several times during the night or heading to the couch. Thanks.

More comfortable than most mouth pieces. Works very well. Only complaint is occasional sore tongue or gums.
I find the TSD style device far ahead of all MAD's. The good morning solution needs a tongue sleeve. I found through the night I would bite down on my tongue making it raw. I would return to the GMSS device in the blink of an eye if it had the tongue protection.
